Shipping Information
Yo guys and girls! We utilise a print on demand service from a local Sheffield printers which means we don't house any of our stock (yet). We're very efficient in what we do, but this process of printing means we need to allow an upto 14 day shipping policy. If you are wanting a t-shirt delivered next day - then unless we have the item in stock which you can find out by asking us here we're probably not the place to buy from (although this pains me to say)! ;-) For Mainland UK Orders Please allow upto a maximum of 14 business days for your order to be despatched. We do deliver a very high percentage of our orders well before this but please be patient, it's well worth waiting for we promise. International orders can take upto 30 business days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. We use Royal mail to ship all our orders. ***Please note any orders placed between the 23rd of December and 3rd January may be slightly delayed due to any adverse weather/christmas post deliveries/supplier shut down. If you would like to chase an order at any point for an update after placing it, then please get intouch and we will respond as soon as we can.***How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the country the order is being despatched too and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
Returns
If you have an item that you wish to return, please drop us an email and we'll email you over a returns form within 48hours.
Please Note:
All sales from this web site carry a 7 WORKING DAYS, after receipt of goods, no quibble refund including outward postage as long as any items returned, are returned in the same condition as when sent. They must have not been worn or washed. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancelling. The cancelling stop watch begins upon receipt of goods back to Romster Bike Wear at which point an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of goods. Easy huh?
